Unfortunately there are two things you can count on when disaster happen: financial scams and idiotic comments. "Everything this president sees is a political opportunity, including Haiti, and he will use it to burnish his credentials with minorities in this country and around the world, and to accuse Republicans of having no compassion." Pat Robertson once again decided to weigh in, using religious fanaticism. Stating that the earthquake was a result of Haitians who "made a pack with the devil" in exchange for getting rid of their French slave masters.
